Is exchange allowed?

  1. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Items can only be returned or exchanged if they are
  •  damaged
  • defective
  • different from the item ordered
  • Not Preferred - subject to shipping fees regulations

3. Products must be in their original condition, including the brand box, packaging, and all accessories.

In what condition can items be returned or exchanged?

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories included.

How do I request an exchange?

Are there cancellation or shipping fees?

If an order is canceled after being out for delivery,shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days.

What if I miss the delivery?

Our courier will attempt to reschedule your delivery.

If there is no response after three attempts, the order will be automatically canceled.

What materials are used in your jewelry?

Most of our pieces are made of stainless steel — anti-rust, tarnish-free, and waterproof, with a 6-month guarantee.

Other products are 18K gold-plated or silver-plated.
