Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item received is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Different from the item ordered
• Not Preferred - subject to shipping fees regulations

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, jewelry items cannot be returned or exchanged after being worn.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping

Order arrives within 3-6 business working days.

Return or exchange shipping fees may apply according to shipping rates, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

If your request is approved:

• Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Please note that the refund will be transferred to any digital wallet or bank account whenever possible.

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear based on your payment provider’s policies.

Warranty

All our stainless steel jewelry pieces come with a warranty of 6 months against color change or rust, starting from the purchase date, so you can enjoy your jewelry with confidence.
